1. Go to the product page of the item you would like to order a sample for.
2. Look for the "sizes" drop-down option and select "free cut sample" from the available sizes.
3. Add the free sample to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
4. If you want to order more samples, repeat steps 1-3 for up to three different samples.
5. When you are ready to check out, click on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
6. Review your cart to make sure your samples are correct and click on the "Checkout" button.
7. Enter your shipping and billing information.
8. The free sample discount will be applied automatically, so you can proceed to the payment page.
9. Complete the payment process and wait for your samples to arrive!

1. Place your order online.
2. After placing your order, allow 2-3 business days for it to be processed.
3. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
4. If there is a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing and shipping. In such cases, additional days may be required for delivery.
5. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, the company will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the delay.
6. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can keep track of your package.
7. Finally, please be patient and allow enough time for your package to arrive, taking into consideration any potential delays in transit.

1. Check the date you received the item and ensure that it has been less than 28 calendar days since you received it.
2. Ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
3. Make sure that the item is in its original packaging.
4. Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
5. Fill out any necessary return forms or documents provided by the company.
6. Ship the item back to the company using a trackable shipping method.
7. The company will receive the item and inspect it.
8. The company will notify you about the status of your return, including whether it has been approved or denied.
9. If your return is approved, the company will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
10. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 5-7 working days.
